It's an extended stay which means basically an apartment in a hotel, very convenient if your on a longer business trip and want to live like at home with cooking and doing laundry. The staff is nice and helpful, on the ground floor there's also a small "marketplace" always stuffed with basic stuff in case you need it and don't want to go to a shopping centre.

The kitchenette and staff. The lobby was so pretty decorated for Christmas. It looked like you were sitting in the livingroom with your family! I also loved the access to the family room! I celebrated Christmas with my Ohio family and used the room.

The staff D and Janice were so wonderful they are the best be sure to take good care of those girls they would be hard to replace staff with there special touch

Liked the pool and hot tub. The pool was too cold, not heated. After being out on a windy and cold rainy day, it was terrific to have the comfort of a hot tub!

loved the fact that there was a full refrigerator and a stove in the room in case I would need to use them. Going out to eat is not always an option.
